Videos:  Coach has a few Rugby videos that will answer some questions and showcase some amazing Rugby for new players and parents.  If you would like to borrow any of these just ask Coach.
What do I wear to the game?
  • team polo shirt
  • team warm up top

Customary Rugby Game etiquette and requirements for LQRFC players:
  • Do not question or comment on the referees calls.
  • Do not cheer an illegal play/tackle.
  • NEVER step on the field for ANY reason unless you are playing.
  • NEVER go back to confront an opponent if the referee already had to calm things down.
  • If their is a  "JV" type game after the first side game you are required to watch and cheer on your teammates.
  • When food is served at home games you  are required to eat next to the visiting team.
  • A player of the game t-shirt will be given out at every home game.  Make sure you are a part of the ceremony.
  • All players will not be released to go home unless:
A) the other team has left
B) you have checked out with a captain
C) you have to go to work
D) there is a family emergency
  • ALL PLAYERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO REPORT TO TEAM AT FOLLOWING PRACTICE WITH A NAME AND SOMETHING INTERESTING ABOUT AN OPPOSING TEAMS PLAYER. TEN BURPEES FOR TEAM PER EACH PLAYER WITHOUT THIS INFO

Breaking one or any of these rules will result in disciplinary action from the coaching staff and possible game suspension or removal from the team.
